Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Connecticut is starting a new build in the Town of Brooklyn. The project will begin with demolition and cleanup starting in August 2010 and progress into a newly constructed home by June of 2011. If you would like to volunteer, please go to our volunteer page.
Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Connecticut promotes home ownership with volunteers building houses in partnership with residents in need of adequate housing.
Our chapter has built nine houses and serves a ten-town area that includes Brooklyn, Canterbury, Eastford, Killingly, Plainfield, Pomfret, Putnam, Sterling, Thompson, and Woodstock.
